Ah - looks like I missed the point here. I was assuming you meant custom
headers and footers that were part of your page design, not those specified
by the clients browser.

Remind me to read the thread next time ...

No, this does not make sense to me. Can you explain what you mean and show
some code? In IE, the Header and Footer of the printed page are set by the
user in the Page Setup dialog box. I do not believe that those fields can be
styled by CSS.
