[thelist] IE6 cookie hell (placing cookie from 3rd party sites)

Hi Simon,

I'm behind a proxy here (out at a client site), so I'm not sure if that's
doing something funky to the response, but there doesn't appear to be a
cookie being returned at this URL [1]

I'll have to try again later when I'm out from behind the proxy server.
