Divx is a codec used to encode (convert) the movie in question, as is 
whatever Microsoft uses for WMV files.  You would need the encoder (from: 
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/9series/encoder/default.aspx). 
That page also offers links to "how-to"s and FAQ.

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital
punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of
everything and let the problem solve itself?
