	www.netcraft.com will give you platform information, although it
may not always tell you what scripting languages are supported.  Then go
to Netsol or any registrar with the domain to find their registration
info, and if they're international you'll be pointed to the right world
registrar.  You can also take their IP to www.arin.net to find out where
it's allocated and what company currently leases it.

to find the details of the server hosting that domain. Information such 
and country, OS, PHP support, etc.
