[thelist] Need Dynamic DNS Service Recommendation

My client has a high speed Net connection over which they want to use
pcAnywhere to control a workstation remotely. Because they only have a
dynamic IP assigned by their ISP, I'm looking for a dynamic DNS
service that can provide them with a fixed IP -- something like
DynIP.com or DynDNS.org. There appear to be plenty to choose from so
I'd be interested in the list's recommendations for (1) reliability,
(2) support/responsiveness and (3) cost, in that order.
