[thelist] Apache server not working for outside connections

Pretty much everyone here has given a piece of information that can
help you.  You can connect internally via localhost and your PCs IP
address correct?

Has anyone run a traceroute to see where it drops, or if it drops at
all?  What is the address people are trying to hit?
