not as technical as the other one I saw on here earlier. for VoIP to work you need a VoIP router//gateway and a VoIP carrier, unless you are dialing to another VoIP router/gateway? Is that correct? So if I was to install a VoIP router/gateway at my house I would have to pickup Vontage or Call Advantage to make it work?
