Graphics heavy and takes a while to DL on my 1.5M cable.  But displays fine

I get these emails all the time (kind of).  What they fail to do is link to
any specific example.  Nobody else mentions the same thing.

I often feel it's competitors looking for business or just kids looking to
waste some valuable time.  I rarely find there is a problem.  If you're
getting these emails from clients, get them to send you some screen shots of
the problem and their Help -About  dialog box.  Don't spend loads of time
looking for a problem when the problem hasn't been fully explained.
