Meta tags won't help you, as most search engines don't care about them 
any longer. The problem of your site is its structure.
Search engine bots are like users of assistive technology like screen 
readers and text browsers - they need  text, and structure.
Your site as it stands now is a big gunk of tagsoup, and it is very hard 
to find any text content high up in the document tree. Furthermore, 
there are no headers whatsoever, something that search engines love.

You  can structure your document to have the content first and then the 
navigation and still have the same visual display with CSS or a proper 
table structure:
