[thelist] Stylesheet switching Jitters

My problem isn't the FOUC.  It's styled white, then flashes to styled 
black.  As if it just doesn't switch to the intended stylesheet fast enough.

I'm going to look into relocating the window-onload event directly coded 
in the <head> tag to see if it'll fix the problem.
