There is no way to get the admin password back.

There are tools that can reset the admin password (as others have pointed
out), however doing that you need to be aware of what will happen to data
encrypted with EFS (basically, you will probably lose it, unless you have
another recovery agent setup on the box). You will probably want to check
with your mate about that.
