i've never used photoshop, but you can probably figure out how to do 
this in there:

- reverse the colors (negative image)
- adjust rgb:  set red to -((ff-e9)/ff)%, green to -((ff-f3)/ff)%, and 
blue to -((ff-de)/ff)%
- reverse the colors again

of course, if it's all either black or white then color replacement is 
easier :)
