We here are ourselves moving to a cms, percussion's rhythmyx. I just got
back from the training last week. In rhythmyx you still have to design
the template at the start, make it look nice, and make it work in all
browsers. It still has to validate w3c, use css, and xhtml. 

Then you have to take that and mark it up for that static rhythmyx
elements and turn it into an xsl gig.

So in my situation, I'll still be using DW: it's just that the templates
are now starting points instead of ending points! <grin>
