[thelist] Gotta build an FTP function

I recently wrote a PHP script to do just this... manage and upload files 
quite easily. Used the PHP::Upload class <
http://pear.php.net/package/HTTP_Upload> to achieve.

If you are interested let me know. Couldn't discern whether it had to be a 
CF only solution or not.
