Subject: [thelist] User testing for websites

Hi evolt

If anyones thinking about getting a user test for their site - do it!
Ive just taken a round of tests and most of what Krug says is absolutely
spot on. It really is surprising how effective they are for evaluating the
effectiveness of a site, and in terms of value for money its almost as good
value as a winning lottery ticket.

quite alot of restructuring went ahead because of only 3 tests. the cost?
£62.

anyone have any experiences to share in user testing?

Alex
