[thelist] XML/XSL Print Question

Hello,

I am trying to determine if there is a way when printing an XML file
styled using XSL to print the values of a header element and footer
element on each page that prints.

For example the content of the XML file may generate multiple pages
when printing the file. The goal is to have a header and footer print
on each page.

Has anyone done this or can anyone point me in the right direction?

I appreciate any support that anyone can offer.
