The can probably upgrade version 3 to MX for less, unless upgrade
package doesnt go back to 3.

There are several others.  Adobe GoLive, NetObjects Fusion, M$ FrontPage.
I dont use any type of WYSIWYG editor, but you can probably google and
come up with a nice size list.
