I use currently jEdit[0]. While it basically is a text editor, there are 
loads of very useful plugins for it, which bring it close to "real 
IDEs". Plugins I use include SQLPlugin, PHPParser, XML, CodeBrowser and FTP.

It is also incredibly customizable, and has loads of very handy 
features. Oh, it's free too (GPL).
