Some of my browsers do not have Flash installed -- deliberately. With
Firefox on my primary PC, I use the Flash blocker. Even when I use
Opera with Flash installed, I typically hit 'Skip Intro' when I run
into Flash.

In my experience, the 'noise to content' ratio of Flash material is so
high it isn't worth the bother.

The only excuse for using IE is ignorance (or testing)
(stupidity is a reason, _not_ an excuse).
