It's been a while since I used them, but I have to echo Megan's
comments. I suffered with Interland for two years and had zero good
experiences, endless pain. Incompetent sales people, ignorant and
argumentative tech support, and managers who didn't care.

Then, last year, (two years after I cancelled my account) they tried to
collect for two years of hosting because they forgot to close my
account, and claimed I hadn't notified them. It took six months to get
them to drop their preposterous claim and leave me alone.

Start to finish, the worst technical support and customer service I've
ever received. Period.
