Unless there's a 1:1 mapping between data-types, you're going to need to make
some choices about how things get converted.
In terms of moving the data, MS SQL Server has DTS, which is pretty powerful
in terms of extracting, transforming and inserting the data into your new MS
SQL Server database (and in performing the reverse if required as well)
