The perfect fit is C#, ASP.NET, SQLServer, DotNetNuke

The next fit is content management with the .NET stuff and SQL Server

             • Significant experience with Microsoft technologies:
ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server

             • At least 3 years developing software in a business setting

             • Proven ability to work independently and manage all
technical aspects of a development project

             • Willingness to collaborate with users and stakeholders to
manage requirements

             • Experience communicating with both technical and
non-technical users

             • Experience with and awareness of architecture/design of
web-based applications

             • Experience building and customizing content management
systems a plus, particularly DotNetNuke

             • A performance management tool for a large financial
client. We designed and built a tool that lets employees contribute to
each other's performance evaluations and then automatically generates a
report that helps managers make sense of strengths and development areas
for each person.

             • A social network analysis project where we developed a
survey that allowed a major telecom client’s employees to chart their
relationships within their department and across the company.

             • Development of an intranet that manages processes,
financials and project information.
