I just had to say, .jeff's post was my ideal of how to be genuinely
helpful. Too often we let *our* idea of how things should be done
override the requestor's need for help. I thought .jeff did a nice job
of providing clear, complete, professional advice (and yes, opinion)
without passing judgement on what the requestor was really doing.
