In Safari, the content area and footer are right up under where the text in
the content area finishes, while the right hand panel extends to the bottom
of the screen. I've checked in FF pc to see what it's meant to look like and
see that the content is supposed to extend to below the right hand nav panel
and the footer (of course) below that.
