I heard from those good folks at out-law.com last week that they have
finally got an rss feed from their top stories sorted out:

	"I'm pleased to say that we now offer an RSS feed from OUT-LAW. It's
	taken a while.

	Full details are here: http://www.out-law.com/page-5987

	There is only one choice of feed for now, but more will be added
soon."

They are planning a future feed pertaining to accessibility, what details
there are are above.
