agreed, which is why i always take the explicit approach... i was 
trying to point out potential issues with the implicity approach 
originally cited... just wasn't very clear (again)...

yeah... ok, *if* you use the .htc to do it... there are a few other 
things i'd like to tell it to do with my pages...

validated over here... and by over here, i mean i tossed a page into 
the W3C validator, and it didn't cough up blood...
