I suppose Casey needs to list his requirements. I find that a lot of the
functionality in Project would be incredibly difficult (IMHO) to recreate in
a web interface - for example "What if" type modeling.

I think Casey needs to list his requirements. Most of the packages listed
seem to be geared toward simple task scheduling with some client management
tacked on. Suitable perhaps for smaller shops, or for allowing non-PMs to
manage things, but if you're going for a PM (Project Manager) position, I
don't think these types of applications would "cut the mustard" so to speak.
