bruce, see my note last night about some of the style issues... as 
well as another option for your JS...

that being said, only two of your links have submenus -- about and 
services... and those sublinks do appear...

the script appears to be working, but you need to revisit your CSS... 
there are no styles on the links and the placement is awkward... 
again, take a look at my note from last night...

finally, consider dumping the title attributes on the top-level 
items... the tooltips can fight with the menus for user attention and 
even make it hard to get to the links...
