[thelist] chinese black list?

let's say there is a web site that is viewable, right now, by the 
rest of the world... everything indicates the site is working as 
expected, no problems...

but a person in China cannot see it... from any computer...

is there a way i can test to see if the great firewall of china is 
blocking the site? do they have servers i can ping, blacklists that 
somebody may have smuggled out, etc?

previously, this has not been a problem, but it is now...
