[thelist] Securing a Web Application

Hi Folks,

I am building a web application on a linux apache server using php and xml.
Most of my experiences is with IIS/ASP.  I have very little experience with
securing a web application.  My question is regarding resources preferably 
on
the web where I can go and get up to speed on the issues of securing a web
application on an apache platform.

Hope that question is clearly stated.
