I would have added FedEx into the mix but their web site says that 
their labels can only be printed on a laser printer or thermal label 
printer. No deskjet or inkjet allowed. Currently, I only have an inkjet 
but FedEx may be viable in the future if I get a new printer.

Feel free to weigh in on Fedex if anybody has any thoughts on them as 
well, but so far I'm leaning towards DHL as everybody's comments just 
reinforce what I have heard from others off list.
