[thelist] Website annotation functionality

Hoping someone might be able to suggest a website providing 
functionality for annotating websites with comments similar to the way 
annozilla works (http://annozilla.mozdev.org/index.html), but that is 
actually finished and working properly (annozilla has a bug that doesn't 
allow edits to existing annotations).

I thought I'd remembered some other websites already offering annotation 
capabilities, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to find them.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
