[thelist] windows xp pro caching websites?

I have this weird issue happening on my Windows XP pro computer. I
update a remote website, but when I view it (in multiple browsers with
repeatedly flushed caches) the old page that I've overwritten comes up
as if it's cached. There is no caching on the server and (I repeat)
browser caches have been emptied. I also see the old page when viewing
from a browser that's never been used to view that website before.

If I check the same page from my Linux box I see the new page, no
problem.

After a reboot of Windows, I am able to view the new page.

So, it seems likely to me that some sort of caching is going on in
Windows XP pro and I have no idea where. I haven't found any discussions
of this in Google.

I last updated the OS on 1/11 and am seeing this problem since. IIS is
installed and running.

Has anyone else noticed this? Any ideas? I'm out of creative
explanations.

Thanks

Chris
