I've switched that on now and I seem to be getting the same amount of
spam, but at least it's going into the moderation queue instead of
showing up on the site. It's a shame that there doesn't seem to be any
built-in moderation options (e.g. "if the URL or name contains viagra,
delete it"), but I'll have a search for a plugin that might be able to
do that.
