[thelist] how to refer to an event that occurs on the 2nd Tue of the month (for example)

They call it 'seasonal' events sometimes, even if they are not bound to 
seasons, but I'd refer to it as a 'reoccurring event', 'timed event' or 
'infrequent event' maybe.
