Hi Gina
I don't have time to dive deeply into your code right now but you  
might consider combining your logo image and bg_top.gif into one  
background image.  This would simplify your job.  Then, you might be  
able to create the space between your menus with a transparent gif in  
the html and there's your image replacement.

Again, I didn't study your code closely so forgive me if I'm off base  
for some reason.
