[thelist] Venue for Usability Research

Hey... I am doing some web research for a client...
 
I was wondering if anyone in Sydney (Australia) central city knows of a
decent venue that would be ideal for usability research? My office is not an
ideal location as the users are central city based.
 
Basically an internet enabled booth/room where I can video the actions etc
of a number of users... Ideally the computer and monitor are provided (but I
can organise this).
 
Any ideas??
