Not sure if it's identical, but take a look at SugarCRM.  In spite of its
name, it has become much more generalized, and has a bunch of add-ons
available to customize it quite a bit.  The "ReST" system anyway seems to be
basically just a CRM system with some email broadcasting tools, document
management and personnel management tools.  Not to denigrate their product
having never tried it, but the fact that it's being marketed toward
non-profit/academic seems the most unique thing about it.
