DotNetNuke is my CMS of choice. http://www.dotnetnuke.com

It's free, it has a large and active community of users and developers, it's
mature, and it's very powerful. It does have a learning curve, unless
someone who is already really good with it customizes it for you in which
case you can easily be given admin control and edit control where you need
it which is very intuitive and easy to use.
