Not sure I follow you. The page is fully "rendered" by the time any "pop-up" is activated. Plus with what I uncovered previously, it appears to be an issue with absolute positioned divs contained within floats. 

(Spelled out that way, it sounds pretty lame to setup your HTML that way. ;-)
