I presume a page with phpinfo() fails too?

We talked last night about moving a particular file from one of the php
directories to one of the apache directories: did you do that?

still prompted to download them, instead of having them just render and
display in the browser.  And if I view a local copy of the file on my
workstation machine (which also has PHP installed), the page renders and
displays perfectly... so it must still be a server issue.
