Jennifer, have you considered using http://del.icio.us
to store your bookmarks? I have found it much easier
to manage my bookmarks on Delicious and not having to
constantly transfer them every time I switched to a
different machine.

The answer to you other question is yes, the title
does make a difference in search engine rankings.
However having the site name first has not hurt my
search engine rankings at all and I have managed to
creep up to the number 1 position for the term
"investment newsletter" on MSN search.
