I have used dreamhost as my hosting provider for about 5 years now. I have
only good thing to say about them. I put all new clients without hosting
through them.

They have good online tech support, though as they have got bigger waiting
times have increased. 

 

Word press is a one click install through their web panel. I haven't used it
yet but other things that I have used through their goodies tab in the panel
are easy to set up especially if you don't have much expertise.
