if you have taken cricket's seo class and have the tools she uses seo 
studio is a tool that will point you in the right direction with, 
possibly, some useless tools.  if you haven't taken crickets class, then 
by all means take it and glean what you can from it to help you with 
furthering your understanding of the concepts.  helped me out...and it's 
a free class, not much one on one though, so broad, general, group 
oriented questions have a leg up.  it's on going, so it doesn't matter 
where you come in, you have to go to the beginning anyway.
