Andy was on stage with Chris Wilson and the IE project manager (and Eric 
Meyer and Molly Holz..) as they were talking about testing IE7 & 6, and 
Andy asked if they would make virtual PC free for developers to test IE 
with.

He got a lot of cheers from the audience, the project manager looked 
understandably uncomfortable.
