[thelist] Security tab missing

Hello thelist,


  I've just re-built Windows XP SP2 from the recovery disc
  and the security tab is missing

  Previously using File Explorer On a folder I'd right click, and
  would be a tab "Security". Typically I'd set it the ASP.Net account to grant write
  pemission.

  This tab is missing. Does anybody know how to get it back?
