		I should have remembered that... half the "what the heck" problems that my customers have come from Norton products...

Bingo! :-) I proved this by shutting down all my Norton AV and Zone Labs 
and the script element is gone. If I can find out what the security 
software is trying to accomplish by adding this I will post back just 
for the record.
