The OP was asking about avoiding having her post indexed, not the page
on the client's site. In which case, avoiding using the client's name
and/or links directly to the client's site should do the trick, should
it not? This is how tinyurl.com and similar services can be useful for
posting to thelist (particularly qurl.com and the like that allow you to
register and edit the url later on).
