I've done the TinyURL bit a few times, and on more than one occasion
somebody on the list (not this one specifically) responded to my
message with the actual URL, sometimes as a deep link, usually
referencing copy/client's name as well. Don't trust the TinyURL
method to keep you safe.
I think the best way is to have a dev site where you can send people.
99% of the time, it's not a problem with content, so use the same
code with dummy content, that way Google doesn't make a link between
the client and your question.
