Ah, thanks.  I tried using a clearing br but forgot about using
.clearfix (which I'm using elsewhere) on the fieldset  Thanks.  I'm
glad your memory is better than mine.

I was also lead to believe it's a bug since it worked in firefox and
also because of http://bugzilla.opendarwin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3898
